Will Call Locations
Public Will Call
Basketball Will Call is located at the UI Athletic Ticket Office, located on the west side of the Assembly Hall. Will Call opens at 9 a.m. for weekday games and 90 minutes prior to tipoff for weekend games. In order to obtain tickets at Will Call, a photo ID that matches the name on the order must be presented at the time of pick up. If tickets are not picked up, no refund will be issued.
Illinois Player Guests, Recruits and High School Coaches
Individuals who have been named by an Illinois basketball player to receive a ticket, individuals being recruited by Illinois, or high school coaches will pick up their tickets at the Northeast entrance of the Assembly Hall. An ID will be required when picking up tickets.
Visiting Team Tickets
Tickets that have been ordered through or issued by the visiting team will be picked up at the Northeast entrance of the Assembly Hall. An ID will be required when picking up tickets.
Press Will Call
Press Will Call is located at the Northeast entrance of the Assembly Hall. An ID will be required when picking up press credentials.
