First Gametime Announced for the 2012 Season in Primetime
The Big Ten Conference announced 14 prime time games that will be aired by its television partners in 2012. Among those announced was Illinois' game against Louisiana Tech on Sept. 22 at Memorial Stadium. The Illini and Bulldogs will kick-off under the lights at 7 p.m. CDT on the Big Ten Network. It marks the first game time announced for Illinois' 2012 season. Click here for more info.
Premium Seating Members Get First Look at Tim Beckman's 2012 Squad During the Illini Spring Game and The Blitz!
Fighting Illini fans got their first chance to watch head coach Tim Beckman and the new era of Illinois football at the annual Orange and Blue Spring Game, presented by Fighting Illini Energy, on April 14th at 2 p.m. at historic Memorial Stadium.
- The Diva and The Dude provided the entertainment at "The Blitz" this year. This local jewel delighted in the background as Illini faithful caught up with friends after the winter months away and looked forward to a promising 2012 Season! The band performed pregame, at halftime, and following the game until around 6 PM.
- Members that purchased reserved seats were also entered in the Member Appreciation Drawing. One member, Jim Dixon, waked away with a Happy Hour in the Illinois Suite with 40 of his closest friends!
- The Blitz served as the wrap-up event for the Varsity "I" organization's 2012 Football Reunion Weekend. That meant that former Illini joined in on the fun in the Colonnades Club (including Illini Great, Dick Butkus)!
2012 Seating Relocation Request Form
It is never too early to look ahead at 2012! Due to our long-term club seats license agreements, a very limited number of seats are available each year for relocation. All requests were due into the Illinois Premium Seating Office by January 13th. The limited relocations are happening now and will take place in February and March. All formal requests will either receive a call to discuss options or e-mail if the request is unable to be met. Please contact the Illinois Premium Seating Office with any questions!
2011 Season Member Survey
All Colonnades Club Members, 77 Club Members, and Suite Owners were encouraged to provide their input via the 2011 Illinois Premium Seating Survey. The survey is now closed as the results are being compiled and reviewed. As Illinois Premium Seating Members, your continued loyal support is vital to the success of Illinois Athletics. If you were unable to complete the survey online and would like to do so via mail, please e-mail premiumseating@illinois.edu for a paper copy to be mailed.

Through A Historic 8 Game Home Schedule, Illinois Premium Seating Members Enjoyed The Best Seats in the House in 2011!
With the most home games since 1903, Illinois Premium Seating Members found their club seats and suites their home away from home during the fall of 2011. In their home away from home they were able to enjoy tremendous gameday environments. The Colonnades Club featured new action station items including the Made-To-Order Cheese Steak, a new concession stand in the "Hickory Hut", and an expanded breakfast menu at "The Gridiron" concession stand. Along with exemplary catering and customer service, Suite Owners and 77 Club Members were able to enjoy the return of the 77 Club Special Amenities Schedule (found here).
Other Features For the 2011 Season Included:
- The band Soul Purpose performing pregame and at halftime at Illinois' only night game of 2011. Fans raved about the band as the Illini gutted out a 17-15 victory over the Sun Devils!
- The Stadium FanCam which delighted at the OSU Game (website: http://www.fightingillini.com/fancam) as Todd Thomas of Porta Party DJ's entertained in the Colonnades Club

2011 Member Appreciation Gift
To show appreciation for their continued loyal support, Illinois Premium Seating distributed a gift for each of its members at a few designated games this season. Colonnades Club received a Colonnades Club Deluxe Tailgate Apron, 77 Club members received a Premium Seating Tailgate Variety Set, and suite owners received an Executive BBQ Set. If members were unable to pick-up their gifts at a designated distribution game, they should e-mail premiumseating@illinois.edu.
77 Club Namesake Harold "Red" Grange Honored as the #1 Big Ten Icon
In the world of college football, he has been called the greatest player of all time, is a charter member of its hall of fame and his sensational career vaulted the sport into the national consciousness for the first time.
